The free breakfast was good. Very happy.

The hotel was perfect for my family. We have a 3 year old. He was able to act like a child without people staring at him. They have a shuttle bus that took us to the Harbor. Really perfect for
our family. ...read more

I loved the cleanness and the free breakfast and free shuttle.
The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Hotel was clean, the people were friendly and will stay there again.

Convenient on and off I-95, convenient to downtown.
Nothing.

My driving instructions had me coming in the back way, which I missed. It would be helpful to tell you it was at the Travel Plaza. We were late for the excellent breakfast, but it had not yet been cleared. They welcomed us to have breakfast and did not hurry us out. They could just have easily said they were done, but no, the invited us to breakfast and it was great! ...read more

Free internet with computer.
Shower heads too low.

It was very nice - the staff was very friendly, especially the young lady who let us check in about three hours early. Clean overall. My only 'negative' was that at 5'9" (not a tall guy) I had to stoop over in the shower to wash/rinse my hair. But it was a good shower with very good water pressure. I really enjoyed the flat screen TV in the room, too. ...read more

Close to downtown area.
Parking lot unsafe at any time of the day. Foot traffic.

I paid on line for a one night stay. I asked for a non smoking room because of my wife's allergies. Room smelled. Damaged furniture in room. When I checked in, I was asked for my credit card. Receptionist said it was for incidentals? I did not get a receipt upon leaving and was told that there was no charges on my room. I checked my account when I arrived home and $100.00 was pending against my account causing a overdraft and locking out my account. After contacting the Hotel, I was told that the $100.00 would clear in three days. Five days later when my pay check went in to my account, the lock out was removed from pending. Explain this one. I was not told at check in or asked to sign anything to allow $100.00 to be charged to my account. I was not a happy camper. ...read more

I liked the breakfast buffet. It was nice and refreshing.
The maids made one bed but not the other.

The hotel had a nice view. The surrounding environment was pleasing and I liked the breakfast buffet. It was tasty. The pool was OK and the maids were poor. They made one bed but not the other.

Location.
Staff that was assigned to clean our room did not replenish the toiletries.

It was okay, general staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was good, in spite of fake eggs, staff that was to clean room failed to replenish soap, shampoo and did not leave extra pillow as requested {tip was wasted}. ...read more

Nice staff and location to the attractions of the city.
I was disappointed in the amount of time we waited for the shuttle to go back to the hotel that evening. Going was a better experience.

Overall a nice economical place to stay if you are visiting the Baltimor Harbor. I will stay there again if I visit the area.

This hotel blew away my expectations for a Best Western.

The room had a flat 32" flat screen HDTV and a Dell PC, large fridge and microwave. The desk chair was big and comfy even for a large person. Room service was excellent. Huge bathroom and very clean. The bed was very good and didn't give you a backache like many hotel beds. ...read more
